KORVEX · PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Korvex processes, why it is needed, how long it is kept, and the choices available to Discord users and server administrators.
Effective July 25, 2026 · Last updated July 25, 2026

Key point: Korvex does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. It processes Discord data to provide features selected by server administrators, secure the dashboard, and maintain the service.

1. Scope and roles

This policy applies to the Korvex Discord bot, dashboard, commands, and related services. Discord separately processes information under its own privacy policy.

For server-specific configuration and community records, the server owner or administrator decides which Korvex features to enable and how they are used. Members should contact their server administrators first about server-specific moderation, logging, tickets, or configuration.

2. Information Korvex processes

Discord account and dashboard information

  • Discord user ID, username or global display name, and avatar;
  • the IDs of servers you own or can manage, used to authorize dashboard access; and
  • an encrypted, HTTP-only dashboard session cookie containing limited account and access information for up to seven days.

Server and configuration information

  • server, channel, role, message, panel, ticket, and command identifiers;
  • enabled modules, welcome and goodbye settings, verification, logging destinations, role panels, ticket routing, server counters, embed drafts submitted for delivery, and other administrator-selected settings;
  • dashboard configuration changes and limited command/error telemetry used for service health and auditing; and
  • bot permissions, server member totals, channel and role totals, boosts, and similar operational statistics.

Feature data

  • moderation cases, warnings, responsible moderator IDs, reasons, durations, and status;
  • ticket ownership, participants, actions, answers, transcripts or transcript metadata, and closure information;
  • leveling XP, message counts, cooldown timestamps, reward roles, and a hash used to limit duplicate XP messages;
  • economy balances, inventory, transactions, cooldowns, jobs, quests, achievements, and server-defined currency settings;
  • giveaway entries, winners, eligibility settings, and results;
  • invite relationships and counts, fake-account indicators, joins, and departures;
  • honeypot incidents, affected user and channel IDs, selected action, and relevant message content;
  • global counting channel, current and failed-run counts, best score, last counter's user ID, update time, and last free-revive time used to enforce the 24-hour allowance; and
  • message content only when needed for an enabled feature such as tickets, logging, moderation, honeypot protection, counting, or administrator-directed messages;
  • Swear Jar aggregate counts by server and user when enabled. Korvex checks eligible messages in memory but does not store the message text in Swear Jar records.

Technical information

Korvex may process timestamps, request outcomes, short error reference codes, service logs, and similar security or diagnostic information. The dashboard does not intentionally store your Discord OAuth access token after login; it stores an encrypted session cookie instead.

Previous subscription and billing information

Korvex currently provides all bot features for free and does not accept new plan purchases. If a server previously used a paid plan, Korvex may retain its selected plan, subscription and customer identifiers, payment status, renewal date, and cancellation status for billing support, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Stripe processes payment-card details directly; Korvex does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.

3. How information is used

Korvex uses information to:

  • provide commands and features chosen by users and server administrators;
  • authenticate dashboard users and enforce server-management permissions;
  • save configurations and restore persistent panels or interactions after restarts;
  • operate moderation, safety, support, economy, leveling, giveaway, invite, and counting features;
  • display live server and cross-server statistics;
  • prevent abuse, investigate errors, secure the service, and enforce these policies; and
  • comply with applicable law, valid legal requests, and Discord requirements.

4. Sharing and service providers

Korvex does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed:

  • to Discord when necessary to use Discord's APIs and deliver bot actions;
  • to hosting, database, networking, security, and infrastructure providers acting on behalf of Korvex;
  • to Stripe when needed to manage previous subscriptions, provide invoices, or operate the customer billing portal;
  • to authorized server administrators through the dashboard, logs, tickets, leaderboards, or configured channels;
  • when a user directs Korvex to publish information, such as a leaderboard entry or giveaway result;
  • to protect users, Korvex, Discord, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats; or
  • when required by law or a valid legal process.

The global counting leaderboard and counting seasons may display participating server names with current, best, and seasonal scores, plus the time of the latest successful count. Public leaderboard visibility is separately controlled by server administrators and can be disabled without disabling counting. Server owners may restore an eligible failed run once every 24 hours, while the Korvex bot owner may perform unlimited operational revives.

Korvex may also store scheduled announcements, automation rules and run results, anti-raid incidents, reputation entries, member profile totals and badges, ticket-support metrics and feedback, analytics events, and reusable configuration templates when those features are used.

Custom commands, marketplace listings and auctions, dashboard notifications, onboarding progress, Swear Jar totals, and server-selected retention settings are stored when those features are used. Public Swear Jar rankings show participating server names and aggregate totals, not individual message content. Server administrators can exclude channels or roles, hide their server from the global ranking, reset totals, export supported server records, or delete selected categories of historical data from the dashboard.

5. Retention and deletion

Korvex retains information only while reasonably needed to provide the relevant feature, preserve server configuration, resolve disputes or security incidents, meet legal obligations, and maintain service integrity. Retention varies by feature:

  • dashboard sessions expire after no more than seven days and can be ended by signing out;
  • server configuration and feature records generally remain while Korvex serves the server or until an authorized administrator resets or deletes them;
  • ticket, moderation, economy, leveling, giveaway, invite, honeypot, counting, reputation, automation, scheduling, anti-raid, seasonal, and template records remain as needed for their history and operation; and
  • operational logs and error records are kept for a limited period appropriate to diagnostics and security.
  • billing and subscription records are retained while the subscription is active and afterward as reasonably needed for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Removing Korvex from a server does not always immediately erase every record, because limited information may remain in backups, security records, or persistent storage until deletion or expiry. Authorized administrators may use available reset and deletion controls.

6. Your choices and requests

You can sign out of the dashboard, avoid optional commands, leave a server, ask server administrators to change or disable features, or remove Korvex if you own the server.

To request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with you, contact the Korvex application owner through Korvex's Discord application profile or official support contact. Include your Discord user ID, the relevant server ID, and the request type. Identity and authority may be verified before a request is completed.

Some records may be controlled by a Discord server administrator or retained when legally required, necessary for security, or needed to protect others' rights.

7. Security and international processing

Korvex uses measures designed to protect information, including permission checks, encrypted dashboard sessions, restricted service credentials, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own through Discord and Korvex's infrastructure providers. Those locations may have different data-protection laws.

8. Children

Korvex is intended for people permitted to use Discord. It is not directed to children below Discord's minimum age or the minimum age required in their country. If you believe a child's information was processed improperly, contact the Korvex application owner.

9. Policy changes and contact

This policy may be updated when Korvex's features or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced through the bot or dashboard when appropriate.

For privacy questions or requests, contact the Korvex application owner through Korvex's Discord application profile or the official support contact made available with the bot.
