1. Agreement and eligibility
By installing, accessing, or using Korvex, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Korvex Privacy Policy. If you act for a Discord server or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
You must satisfy Discord's minimum age requirements and comply with the Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.
2. The service
Korvex provides Discord server management features including moderation, tickets, event logging, member greetings and verification, self roles, leveling, economy tools, giveaways, invite tracking, server statistics, scam-trap protection, global counting, expression importing, backups, and a web dashboard.
Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Some features require Discord permissions, privileged intents, external hosting, or configuration by a server administrator.
3. Server owners and administrators
Server owners and administrators are responsible for how they configure and use Korvex. In particular, they must:
- use commands only in servers and channels they are authorized to manage;
- review permissions, automated moderation actions, role hierarchy, logging destinations, and member-facing notices;
- obtain any notices or consents required for logging, transcripts, analytics, or member data;
- protect dashboard access and remove management access when it is no longer appropriate; and
- avoid using Korvex to harass, deceive, discriminate, infringe rights, evade Discord safeguards, or facilitate unlawful conduct.
Korvex assists with administration but does not replace human judgment. The applicable server's staff—not Korvex—make and remain responsible for moderation, automated actions, scheduled announcements, templates, rewards, economy, giveaways, ticket inactivity, and access decisions.
4. User content and imported assets
You retain responsibility for content, settings, messages, images, emojis, stickers, names, and other material you submit or direct Korvex to process. You represent that you have all permissions and rights needed to use that material.
The expression-importing commands must not be used to copy material unlawfully or violate intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights. Korvex may refuse or remove content when necessary for safety, compliance, or service operation.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt Korvex, bypass permission checks, probe or exploit its infrastructure, automate abusive requests, manipulate cross-server competitions, obtain unauthorized data, impersonate others, or use the service in violation of Discord's policies.
We may suspend access, disable features, remove a server from the service, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect users, Korvex, Discord, or third parties.
6. Availability and third-party services
Korvex depends on Discord and hosting or infrastructure providers. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and may experience interruptions, data delays, API limitations, maintenance, or failures outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Discord and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Korvex is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Korvex is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate server permissions, backups, staff oversight, and recovery procedures.
To the extent permitted by law, the Korvex operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, reputation, access, virtual currency, server content, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Korvex at any time by removing it from your server and discontinuing dashboard use. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, legal requirements, Discord enforcement, or discontinuation of the service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including responsibility for prior conduct, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will continue to apply.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as Korvex changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
